Steph (yes, she prefers the short form) exudes positive energy and innate organizational skills. While some could say she’s a “control enthusiast”, we like to call her our “Creation Manager.” Steph ensures that every project moves flawlessly throughout our entire creation process – from initial briefings and workplans, to client approvals and distribution. 

Essentially, Steph is tasked with keeping us all on task, on budget, and on time – and somehow, she always does it with a smile…and a bad pun.

Through her established career, Steph has learned empathy for every side of the marketing industry – from working on the Client side with Tim Hortons and Mary Brown’s to spending time Agency side at J. Walter Thompson and NewAd.
